Off-Road Rentals

• Damage Protection:
  •  Included protection – Renter is responsible for the first $3000 of any damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor, loss of use)
  • Premier Protection – Renter is responsible for the first $1500 of any damages to the vehicle (including parts, labor of use) I agree to be charged an extra $15 / rental for the period of the rental.”

Terms Of Agreement

• The price quoted does not include Michigan Use Tax(6%)
• Extra - Helmets - State law requires you to wear a helmet and goggles on a regular UTV. If you do not have this equipment, you can rent a helmet for $30.00 per day and/or goggles for $10.00 per day..
• Driver must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and credit card to rent.
• No refunds will be given for early returns of the machines.
• Cancelation Policy - We require a minimum of 14 days' notice, to cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days' notice, you understand that you will be charged the full rental fee on the credit card used to hold your reservation.
• No Shows - will also be charged the full rental on the credit card used to hold your reservation.
• Photos do not necessarily depict the exact rental you will receive.
